Joining IFS from Three where she led the brand ’ s digital transformation programme , Finch ’ s new role as IFS ’ CIO will see her manage the continuation of the company ’ s digital transformation journey and work with the executive leadership team to maximise the adoption of AI across the entire organisation , driving productivity and effectiveness . A recognised industry leader , her efforts have been recognised with accolades including a Women in Tech Excellence Award in 2022 , and an MVNO ’ s World Congress Woman of the Year Award in 2023 .
