AMAZON’ S PROJECT KUIPER SATELLITE NETWORK CONTINUES TO SCALE AT PACE
Amazon’ s Project Kuiper is building a constellation of more than 3,200 low Earth orbit satellites to deliver high-speed internet access globally. The deployment phase commenced in April 2025 with the launch of the first 27 satellites, marking the beginning of a series of more than 80 planned missions to complete the network.
In June 2025, United Launch Alliance launched the second batch of the KA-02 mission, using an Atlas V rocket to place 27 additional satellites into orbit. The lift-off doubled the operational Kuiper constellation to 54 satellites.
