DEUTSCHE TELEKOM INDUSTRIAL AI CLOUD SPECIFICATIONS
The Industrial AI Cloud in Munich houses more than 10,000 GPUs delivering 0.5 exaFLOPS of computing power. The facility provides approximately 20 petabytes of storage capacity and connects via four 400 GB / s fibre optic links. From March 2026, approximately 130 Nvidia DGX B200 systems, totalling more than 1,000 GPUs, will operate exclusively for SOOFI.
The Nvidia partnership between Deutsche Telekom and the US chipmaker represents a € 1 billion( US $ 1.15 billion) collaboration announced in November 2024. The deployment increases Germany’ s AI computing capacity by approximately 50 %. T-Systems operates the facility to meet the data protection, security and reliability standards required under the GDPR and the EU AI Act.
The DGX B200 systems utilise Nvidia’ s Blackwell architecture, delivering three times the training performance and 15 times the inference performance of the previous Hopper generation. Each DGX B200 system draws approximately 14.3 kilowatts at maximum load. The facility operates on renewable energy sources.
