Ghana has made significant progress in its Digital Transformation Journey . It has progressed towards establishing a Software Factory for continuous delivery , leveraging a newly developed ecosystem of APIs ’ & reusable Micro Services . Highlights include the integration of key customer journeys across digital interaction channels , incorporating mobile money & micro lending on to digital channels amongst others . Moses ’ leadership has laid a solid foundation for Operational Excellence leveraging a revised IT Structure & a new end to end service management platform that facilitates Agile ways of working . The IT Team has also launched in a big way , IT transformation , that has progressed in refreshing the Infrastructure & Applications to be cloud ready in line with its 3year Strategy .
